Return and Exchange Policy

This policy aims to clarify the terms and conditions for the replacement and return of products and services that we offer through our website.

Products and services:

  • Car maintenance and inspection services
  • These services cannot be replaced or returned after they have been provided.
  • If you encounter any problems with the service provided, please contact our customer service within 3 days from the date of service delivery.

Technical training services:

  • These services can be replaced or returned before 7 days from the start date of the training course (for in-person
    courses at the academy headquarters).
  • These services cannot be replaced or returned after the start of the training course (for in-person courses at the
    academy headquarters).
  • Replacement or return cannot be made for online or online courses after the course link has been sent.


Maintenance and inspection equipment and devices:

  • Replacement or return can be made within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are in the
    same condition as they were purchased, and the customer bears the shipping costs or price difference upon
    replacement, and the customer does not bear the shipping cost in case it is proven that the products are defective
    or not working.
  • Products must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Products that have been used or damaged cannot be replaced or returned.


Replacement and return conditions:

  • The product or service must be defective or not match the description on the website.
  • The product must not have been used or damaged.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The original purchase invoice must be provided.
  • Products purchased through channels other than Al Raddadi’s website cannot be replaced or returned.
  • Products that have been customized or modified according to the customer’s request cannot be replaced or returned.
  • Products that have been used or damaged cannot be replaced or returned.
  • Products or services purchased through special offers or discounts cannot be replaced or returned.


Replacement and return method:

  • Please contact our customer service via email or phone.
  • We will review your request and respond to you within 48 hours.
  • If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to replace or return the product or service.

 

Saudi Ministry of Trade and Industry Terms:

  • We comply with all the terms and conditions of the Saudi Ministry of Trade and Industry regarding the
    replacement and return policy.
