Maintenance Reception Supervisor – Maintenance and Inspection Centers Sector
Job Summary:
Greet customers and register maintenance requests.
Follow up on the status of vehicles and provide periodic reports to customers.
Communicate with the team of technicians to ensure workflow.
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Qualifications Required:
Valid residency + sponsorship transfer.
Actual experience in maintenance centers and customer service.
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance operations.
Preferably a scientific degree in a related field.
